receiving money from exes retirement

I was divorced last year and I am still trying to receive money from by ex-husbands teachers retirement and annuity accounts. His attorney has not filed a qualified domestic relations order. How can this be expedited without havign to obtain another attorney?

Did you have an attorney? Can he do this for you? If not you will probably have to hire an attorney to get this done. Let's see, how much money have you lost so far? Get an attorney, it might be worth it to you.
