Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I need help I had recently asked lawguru a question concering my children and there well being. My wife and I have been trying to get custody of my 3 children for 5 yrs and after 12 cps calls of neglect and my ex wife getting chance after chance I don't know what to do. My ex wife recently pulled a knife on her boyfriend in front of our children about 3 weeks ago and then just this last week was admitted into the ER from a drug overdose and attempted suicide and is now in rehab. This is prof that she is unfit and the hospital called cps and so did we. Will we get custody of our babies?

The court won't know that your ex went to the ER and/or attempted suicide or is in rehab. Someone has to produce evidence of these facts. I'm sure she will deny them.
