Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was recently deployed to Iraq and my then-wife divorced me without my knowledge. She signed my name on the waiver to appear in court and had it notarized, as well as getting the 30-day waiting period to remarry in Texas waived. To make matters worse, she had it put in the divorce decree that there was no child born of this marriage, when in actuallity there is my 1 1/2yr old son involved. She remarried 4 days after our divorce was "finallized". She demands that I pay her $1000 a month in child support and still refuses to let me see my son because her new husband doesn't approve. I love my son more than life itself and just want the best for him. I want to get sole custody of my son with no child support from his mother. Should I and and how should I go about doing so?

There is too much going on here to write an answer in this forum.

You need to call and speak with a family law/divorce attorney as soon as possible. This is a VERY serious issue and needs to be handled promptly.

If you cannot call, then write the lawyer an e-mail.
