Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was recently divorced and was court awared my home, child support and alimony. My ex-husband sent the first support and alimony on time. This month he decided he would give me the child support and take my alimony and make the house payment for me. This is not what the divorce decree states. How do I get him to comply with the court ordeded settlement?

It's called a "motion for enforcement." You start by sending him a nice letter asking him to comply strictly with the court order, and if he doesn't do it, you sue him and ask the Judge to put him in jail.
