Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I recently got granted my divorce decree in 12/30/09. Had a change of heart and want to know if there is any way that it can be voided out..?

You must act quickly. The court has jurisdiction of the case for only 30 days. You and your spouse could ask the court to grant a new trial. If you both agree, the court will probably do so. At that time, you will be back to where you were before the divorce was granted and can ask that the case be dismissed (non-suited in lawyer language). Get a lawyer to do this for you so that you will follow all of the rules and deadlines correctly.
