Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I recently moved to Paducah, Texas from Huntsville, Texas. I currently have primary custody of my 11 year old daughter. My daughter's father and I were never married. He currently lives in Houston, Texas. We were in agreement that he would get to see my daughter at least 2-4 times per year even if by airplane. He has recently been seeing her approximately once every couple of months. My daughter is staying with her grandparents in Huntsville and will be joining me in Paducah this coming weekend. She was originally going to stay in Huntsville through the Christmas holiday, but is very homesick and wants to be with me. Her father is now stating he wants to take legal action. What do I need to do?
Thanks
Natasha

I assume that everything so far has been done by agreement, and that there are no court orders.
Don't give in to his threats. If he "takes legal action" they'll slap him with a child support order ... 20% of his net income for the next seven years.
