Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i recieved the citation saying that I have child support, which I know I do.

But im a college student don't earn more than 5000 a year and the other thing is my ex kept the baby because her mom didn't let her get abortion . What are my options now?

Don't even mention the abortion issue. It's legally irrelevant and a Texas judge is liable to kill you for talking about it.

Go to court and show how much money you've made for the past two years. Ask the court to set child support based on your actual income. I think it's a bad idea to walk into a courthouse without an attorney...try to hire one if you can.
