Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have recieved a subpoena for child custody/divorce. I am the alledged girlfriend. what questions can the judge ask me. what do i have to tell? do I need a lawyer

You probably don't need a lawyer (I'm assuming that you were served with a SUBPOENA and not a CITATION, which could have the effect of making you a party).

If you're asked questions, and you're under oath, you tell the truth. You might pause for one second before answering, in case one of the lawyers wants to object.

You'll hate being in court; you'll probably be asked embarrassing questions.
