recordings

If someone says they dont want recordings of them used in court can you still use them

I'm not really sure what you are asking.

1. One of the party's must know that the conversation was being recorded.

2. It's up to the Judge to determine if the recordings (aka "evidence") is admissable.

If you don't have any attorney, you need one!
