Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
reducing child support
ok since dissolving my parental rights is out of the question,,is there any chance of reducing my child support,,since the ex wife says the girls dont want to come visit and she's not going to force them to do something they don't want to do. i cant fight for full custody because of my job,,i'm a truck driver and i leave out on sunday night and dont get home til friday night. all i want is something done in my direction!

Again, you need to petition the court to enforce the current order. You don't need to petition for full custody, just to enforce your visitation.
Child support is based upon income.

You need to actually attempt to exercise your visitation. Even if she tells you not to come, if you don't show up where and when your orders says to, you are the one who is waiving your visitation.
You really need to talk to a good family law attorney about what you need to do and how to do it.
