Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Refile in another county

Filed for divorce in Shertz county and they simply do not have court dates available to do what needs to be done in this case. It will be two years in Feb and we have been to court 3 times and the judge wants us to mediate or arbritate. My spouse refuses to cooperate and since there is only one hour per month on the calendar we can apply for, they are talking next march for trial. The question is simple, I would like to refile in Bear county using my attorney or changing attorney. I keep asking him and dont get any answer. If the question is yes then I will refile in Bear county and get this thing settled. The orginal TRO has me paying such that my disposable income is about 500 a month and my contribution to her and the kids are about 4000 per month. She has violated every aspect of the TRO and need to get this thing finish so I dont go broke. I have assests but cannot touch during the proceedings.
