Refiling divorce papers

I have to REFILE for a divorce & I did everything myself can I use the papers I orginally filed the 1st time (their stamped) or am I going 2 have to do them all over again?

Re: Refiling divorce papers

White out the marks and re-xerox the documents.

They must be readable. If they are not crisp, I recommend re-typing them.

Please be advised that the clerks must accept any paperwork. Only the Judge can determine if your paperwork is correct.
