Refund Child Support Payments Never Sent

How do I go about getting my former employer to send child support payments that were deducted from my check but never sent to the attorney general's office reimbursed to me or actually send the payments to the attorney general. The child support case worker says my former supervisor can not hold my money, they either should give it to me or send itoff. The employer is very rude when this issue is brought up to her, she constantly says she doesn't hve to give the money to me, yet she' not sending it to it belongs to. They are very uncooperative nd I believe i was let go, hen I realized they were tking the pyments out of my check but not sending the money off. WHAT CAN I DO TO BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL THE PAYMENTS THAT WERE DEDUCTED?
