Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex kept refusing to let me have my daughter about 3 yrs back so I took her to court for contempt and she was found guilty and had to pay court costs/attorney fee's. Now we have 50/50 custody of my 14 yr old daughter (no child support from either), and now her mom is getting my daughter to play games with her and wont answer my calls and I haven't been able to get my daughter again for my time. What can I do about this? Is it worth my while taking her back to court a 2nd time for contempt, or will she just keep getting by with this (other than court cost/attorney fee's)??? Also what would happen if I just stay away from the both of them and not get my daughter for a few months?? I am so tired of playing these games with them and fighting for nothing! Please HELP.

If you'll be in the same Court with the same Judge, then the results will probably be the same.

On the other hand, some Judges are more harsh if it's a "second offense."

Stop using the phone. Send paper letters (and keep a copy). Put a date on the letter.

If I were you, I'd hit her with another contempt.
