Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex is refusing to allow me to pay half of our daughter's medical expenses on my credit card directly to the provider. She wants to put the full charge on her medical flex card and have me pay her cash - which I think seems fraudulent. If she pays the entire balance of the bill on her flex card, can I still pay the provider directly and ask them to refund her overpayment to her flex card?

Read your court order. It is what controls - not what you want or what the ex wants.

It probably allows you to pay your 50% directly to the provider.
