Registration of Foreign Judgement

I have a 18 month old Final Divorce Judment from California. How do I reister the foreign judgment for enforcement in Tarrant County, Fort Worth Texas? Is this something I can just do myself? Reference Texas Family Code Section 152.305

If you can walk and chew gum at the same time, you can file this yourself. The hard part is getting results. So, if you don't know what you're doing, it would be wise to get a lawyer.
