reimburse medical expenses

i have custody of my daughter and provide all medical ins do i have to get a second opinon on getting ortodontics for her i have already got her xrays done and pd for and submited to her mother with no reimburment now her mother says that i have to get a second opion also do i have to get her mothers written permision to get them done to get her to pay her 50 percent

Re: reimburse medical expenses

These questions are usually answered in the divorce decree. If there is no language RE: 2nd opinion or NCP's permission, then it is not required.
