can we get reimbursed for some of our legal expenses
My husband and I have are now raising our grandson. we felt it necessary to save him from a neglectful/abussive home life. We have won custody in two states. the mother gets free legal service and therefore keeps taking us back to court to increase our legal fees. We wondered if there was anyone or any organization out there that could help us recop some of our finances. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and have even borrowed from my husband's 401K. We know that all this is worth it to save the life of
a child and would do it again. Is there any help for us?

If you are asking about some fund from which you can be repaid, I know of none. But the child's mother should be paying you child support. If this is not happening, why not?
