Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Relinquishment of parental rights appeal

I have a foster child whose father's rights were terminated and whose mother relinquised her rights both on November 7, 2005. The mother is now stating she is going to try and get her parental rights back. Is this possible and if so, is there a deadline she has to meet in order to do this?

Re: Relinquishment of parental rights appeal

Technically, there may be limited opportunities for her to get her parental rights back. Not likely, but possible. She has a long, difficult, expensive road ahead of her. Keep your eye on it, but try not to lose too much sleep on it.
