Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Relinquishment of my rights

I was told that on my mediation that i only had to options. One was go to court and have my rights terminated or relinqish them myself. I chose to relinquishment because of the intimidation i felt. Now I wish I didn't do that. Is there anyway I can appeal my relinquishment and if so how can i go about that?

Is the case still pending?

If the case has not been finished, you can "revoke" your request to terminate your rights.
