I'me in the military and stationed in Hawaii. My fiance and will be getting married in March. She has two children from a previous marriage and I was wondering if there is anything that can prevent her and the kids from moving with me.

Yes.

Your fiance should have a certified copy of the court order. You need to read it or have an attorney explain it to you.

Merry Christmas!
