Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Relocation

I have a son who is 8 yrs old and my x and I have joint custody, but im the primary. We went back to court bec. i was trying to move to Colorado and get married to my fiance (at that time), but it was denied. We are now married, but he still cant move here in TX bec. he is in Airforce. Do I have a chance of being able to move to Colorado w/ my son now that we are married?

If you want to pay the legal fees to try again -- then go ahead. Unless there is a change of circumstances besides marriage, it is not likely to have a different outcome, however.
