Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Relocation out of state

I am a mother of two, one of which I share with my former husband. He and I share Expanded Standard Custody which mean I have my son 51% of the time, and his father 49%. I am to remarry hopefully March 2010, latest 2011, but my boyfriend lives in TN in support of his two businesses there. It is impossible for him to relocate his businesses to Texas. My sons father IS involved, but he expresses no interest in my sons education and medical care, just to have fun so to speak. He does frequently drop off our son to his parents house during the week visits, as well on the weekends. This is the only child he has, and my youngest of two- My two are very close and couldn't imagine them being separated. What is the easiest way to be able to move?

There is no cheap easy way. You have to prove that moving with you is in the best interest of the child. Expensive and time consuming. Good Luck.
