Remarried before divorce final?

My sister recently got married. She and her ex-husband seperated 5 years ago, but didn't divorce. She remarried last month waiting 60 days after the divorce was filed but she didn't wait the additional 30 days after the divorce was finalized.

Is her new marriage legal?

Re: Remarried before divorce final?

If 30 days has passed after the judge signed the Final Decree of Divorce, the judgment in the divorce is final and any illegalities in her subsequent marriage have been cured.
