If I remarry, and for some reason become unemployed, will my spouse be responsible for my child support?

Are you asking whether your new spouse will be responsible for your child support obligation? The answer is mostly NO, but if you have an arrearage, the OAG may go after your tax refund. If you file jointly, the joint refund may be intercepted.
