If I remarry my former spouse, are the terms of the divorce decree nullified?

The terms as to the children will no longer be in effect.

The property order, however, remains. Anything that either of you received as your separate property after the divorce remains your separate property. In other words, the portion of the community property that was awarded to you remains as your separate property. It is as if you had never been married.
