removing a movement resriction

How can my friend get the restriction removed that is keeping her in the state of texas. She isd trying to get a divore and move away for the father who never sees the kid or anything. Please i need to know what to do in order to help get away from him

Your friend needs a lawyer to file a Petition to Modify. (If the divorce is already granted). Judges are loathe to remove this restriction. On the other hand if the lawyer can present compelling evidence that the restriction is serving no valid purpose, and in fact is harmful to the child's well-being and future, then it might get removed.
