Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can a renuptial agreement be drafted during marriage? Given the fact that we haven't filed joint tax return, this year is our first joint tax return. We just married last year and I recognize he got a lot of debts in pre-marriage.

It would be called a post-nuptial. You need to meet with an experienced family law attorney in your county to discuss this matter. It's much too complex to try to cover in this small space.
