Once thirty days have passed since the last order, you cannot "reopen" the case; it is final. You can, however, move the court to modify the order. That is frequently an uphill battle because you have to prove to the court that there has been a material and substantial change in circumstances since the date of the last order. It is particularly difficult to change the parent with the right to designate the primary residence of the child. You need an knowledgeable attorney to help guide you.
