Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Representation

I have retained the services of an attorney that has represented immediate family members, and my husband and myself previously. I have been told that I will have to get another attorney, that my current one can not represent me. Is this correct?

If you and your husband are divorcing, and he has previously represented both of you in other matters, there may be a conflict. If you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex feel free to call me at817 763 0600
