Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
request new social study
I recieved a social study that seems supremely suspect. Unusually biased, all my witnesses were interviewed without warning on Father's day Weekend, there were many other highly unprofessional behaviors, and a curious little disclaimer in the first section stating that no facts were actually checked! How can such unbelievably unscupulous behavior be admissable in a court of law and what can I do about it?

Re: request new social study
It will be difficult to have a social study deemed inadmissable, and may not be a good idea, strategically. It might be better to obtain controverting evidence of the critical facts presented in the social study. If there are lapses in the worker's report and investigation, they can be demonstrated during testimony.

If you don't have an attorney, this shows the reason you need one.
You obviously don't understand the purpose of a social study in Texas.
You desperately need legal counsel.
