Requesting retirement after the divorce

I am divorced and I pay my husband part of my retirement. he is also retired but he filed for the divorce and requested. Can I go back and ask for part of his retirement?

Not if the divorce is final, If you are still in the process of divorcing him, then you can change what you are asking for.
