Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Rescind Acknowledgment of Paternity - Texas

Hello, I have recently filed a Petition to Rescind Acknowledgment of Paternity in Tarrant County. I was given a cause number and a number to call someone to schedule an appointment to see the judge. However before I can make that appointment I need a court order for the judge to sign (so i can get my name off the AOP and birth certificate) and a waiver of service for the other person. Would anybody be able to tell me where/what/how to get this court order? Also, all the waivers I have found have been about divorce. Would anybody be able to tell me where I could get a waiver for the mother so she does not have to go to court?

I am not aware of a site where you can obtain such an order and waiver.

These are normally documents prepared by an attorney.

Since the matter is agreed, the attorney fees should be workable. The alternative, which is 18 years of child support, is far more expensive.
