Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Residency Requirements

My sister ended up without a home after Hurricane Frances hit West Palm Beach. She came to south Texas to stay with me until she and her husband could get back on their feet. They have no children. Well, he went off the deep end, and refused to find work and finally threatened to get violent with her. She is currently in the hospital, as is he (both for illness not injuries). She wants to file for divorce. They lived in Florida when married in 2002 until September 5, 2004. Basically they have been in Texas for less than a month.

What is the time requirements to file divorce in Texas: Nueces COunty.
