residency

wife took the kids to kansas without my permission. two boys. how long until she can claim residency in kansas and file for divorce and the case will go to kansas courts?

I don't know Kansas law. You need to post the question so that a Kansas attorney will answer.

You can file for a divorce in Texas within 6 months of her moving.

If you want the kids back in Texas, file for divorce now - don't wait.
