resolution of parental right

my ex has gone out of her way to make sure my girls dont see me or talk to me,,i played this game already with my son and i dont want to do it again with my daughters,,she is beyond talking to,,,so i'm considering resolving my parental rights

If you mean that you are considering terminating your parental rights, it is not likely to happen. You are financially responsible for the children, and the court is not likely to let you off the hook, without another parent willing to step in, adopt the girls and take on the financial responsibility.

Instead, petition the court to enforce your visitation. At least in this county, judges are adamant about one parent not interfering with the relationship with the other parent. Good luck.
