Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How do I respond to a divorce citation from the state of TX? It states that I can respond or my attorney.

Don't file an answer until you've determined that Texas actually has jurisdicion. This is very important. You may need to file what's called a "special appearance." You really need to consult a lawyer, and soon.
