Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How do I do this?

A response to my question earlier was that we need to get a motion of enforcement or perhaps a motion to clarify to get a cout order, but how do I do this? Will I need to go through my attorney that did the divorce or is it something I can go the courts and do myself?
