Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
How do I do this?
A response to my question earlier was that we need to get a motion of enforcement or perhaps a motion to clarify to get a cout order, but how do I do this? Will I need to go through my attorney that did the divorce or is it something I can go the courts and do myself?

It would be smarter, wiser, cheaper, and less of burden if you went back to your attorney and let them help you, becuase you are going to have to file a Motion to Enforce.

You should go to a family law attorney, either the one you used before or someone new. Depending on your decree, you may have the right to ask that a Receiver be appointed to handle the sale of the residence.
