Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Responsibility of out of pocket expenses (medical)
If one is required to provide full coverage medical insurance on their children and pay 50% of all UNINSURED medical expenses such as eye glasses, etc that is not covered by the insurance, would that 50% include the co-pay amount for each doctor visit and for each prescription on the insurance that is provided?

Re: Responsibility of out of pocket expenses (medical)
It seems to me that a medical expense (such as a co-pay) which is not covered (paid) by insurance is an uninsured medical expense.
