Restraining order agaisnt husbands girlfriend?

My husband and I are going through a seperation and his girlfriend I feel is unsafe to be around my ''special needs'' child. This woman has a Multiple personality disorder and I dont want a woman with issues being around my special needs child.

Can i file a restraining order keeping away from my child?
