Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

restraining order

''A'', my wife's ex, has been harassing her at work (in violation of a court order), has made violent threats against me to my 6yr old step-son, and repeatedly contacts my ex-wife attempting to gain information about my two daughters; i.e. time & place I will pick them up, visitation agreements. Is there any way that I can stop these actionns by ''A'' ?

Re: restraining order

If he is violating a court order why hasn't she called the cops or hauled his ass back into Court? If he is making threats and trying to get information about your children call the cops! If that doesn't help, go to the DA and get a protective order or see if they will press charges.
