Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

restraining order/child custody

How can my husband get a restraining order on my stopping me from seeing my daughter when the last time we went to court the judge ordered me custody with him having visitation rights as agreed upon? He is also trying to take my son away from me and he's not even the biological father of my son.

Re: restraining order/child custody

There are too many facts that you did not give. You need to get the documents (restraining order) to an attorney to evaluate. A temporary restraining order is fairly easy to come by, but keeping it after a hearing is another matter. If there was a hearing, then you should know the reason.

The main thing is that you need an attorney as soon as possible.
