Restraining Orders

If no further actions have been made on a temporary restraining order since it was placed will a judge then drop it after a amount of time?

You need to read the temporary orderand/or have your attorney explain it to you.

If it was included in a divorce filing, you definately need to retain the services of an attorney to assist you.
