I need to know how to resume visitation with my son. My Sons father has custody and has stopped allowing me to see my child. what do I do to resume my visitation?

Do you have a court order that spells out a visitation schedule?

Write a letter (PAPER letter - lick a stamp - don't use a telephone, and don't send an email) telling Dad that you'll be coming over on August 5 at 6:00 pm to pick up your son, as per the court order. And then do it.

If Dad refuses visitation, sue him for contempt.
