retirement

If a couple is married 23 years then gets a divorce and they both remarry then he dies does the first wife recieve any of his retirement benefits?

She might qualify for a portion of his social security since they were married over 10 years.

I'm not sure what retirement benefits he would have if he dies, but the divorce decree must state what the first wife would receive.
