Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Retirement questions

I am seeking a divorce. I have been married 20 yrs. My husband retired after 20yrs in the Air Force. Is it law that i get part of his retirement? Would it do any good for him to fight it? This is the only sticking point we have. I would like to do one of the quick online divorces if this shouldn't be a problem. We have two kids, 18yr, and 16yr Is child support a given for the 16 yr who lives with me?. Are the precentages mandetory in both of these instacnces?Thank you so much for your time.
