Retracting Paternity Rights
My ex gave up his rights to my child. now its only been a week and he is know going to tell his lawyer it was a mistake, and want to retract his rights. Is this possible... please advice.

It's possible, highly unlikely that he would get them back.

Very few Judges allow a father to just terminate his rights to his child unless there is an adoption or CPS case underway. In either situation, you must have an attorney of your own, that is who should be answering your questions.
