retraction of adoption consent
Prior to birth, the mother consents with agency
to give the child up for adoption. Several weeks
later the mother decides she wants to keep the
child. What rights or means does the mother have in retaining custody of her child?

Termination of parental rights and adoption are very technical procedures. You must find something incorrectly done. There are other factors concerning you which might also have a bearing on this issue. In cases like this, time is of the essence.
