retrro child support
my ex has not filed child support from me yet. we split two months ago. But we were never married, however my name is on the birth certificate. can she retro back to when our child was first born which was in 2002 even though we were domestic partners?

If you were living together and supporting the child, then she should not get retro. That doesn't stop her from claiming. Be prepared to prove that you were living together and supporting the child.
