Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Return of the children

My step-daughters are currently with their mother in AL, we life in TX and my husband provides the primary resident for the kids. The childrens grandmother (mother's mother) picked them up to have them spend the summer with them. On their way to AL the kids where forced to spend the night in a car in a parking lot and we were informed that the mother is about to give birth to another child. She does not support her children living with us in any way. We feel that the kids are not cared for properly and find her house as unsafe. How can we get the kids back now and how can we prevent them from going to AL in the future?

Re: Return of the children

You could make a motion to limit visitation. You would have to present proof of all of your allegations. Good Luck.
